Bali council has a staff strength of 41. It has four (4) Deputy Mayors, twenty-eight (28) permanent staff and eighteen (21) temporal workers. The staff of the Council has a wide variety of academic qualifications. The qualifications range from FSLC to Master’s degree. Staff recruitment is based on academic qualification and experiences. A critical analysis of the staff reveal the strength and weaknesses of the staff body.
